KPC Mentorship Program
For new grantees preparing to embark on their first Knowledge Practice Coverage (KPC) Survey or a veteran in need of an extra hand conducting a KPC survey, this KPC Mentorship Program is designed to match new trainees with a CORE member’s KPC survey teams to learn by going through the entire process.

- Trainee’s sponsoring organisation is responsible for travel, food, and accommodation costs for the trainee.
Trainee Eligibility Requirements:
- Employee or consultant for a CORE member organisation.
- New Child Survival and Health Grants Program (CSHGP) grantee.

Host Responsibilities:
- Invite trainee to KPC planning and implementation meetings.
- Assign tasks to trainee as part of the KPC survey implementation team.
- Allow trainee opportunities to interact directly with consultant or other staff leading the KPC implementation and ask questions.
- Optional: Help offset the cost to trainee’s sponsoring organisation by offering accommodation or meals if possible (negotiated directly with trainee’s sponsoring organisation).
Send an e-mail stating your interest either as a HOST or a TRAINEE to: contact@coregroup.org by no later than July 14 2009 for participation in surveys being implemented in August / September 2009. Or add your posting to the M&E working group page on KPC Mentoring.
