- inventory management,
- how vaccines are taken to auxiliary nurse midwives (ANM),
- the conduct of an immunisation session showing the right use of an injection site,
- the correct interpretation of age and vaccines to be given,
- the use of AD (auto-disable) syringes and their disposal,
- how ANM, Anganwadi workers (AWW) and social mobilisers work together
- how to fill out immunisation cards,
- the tracking of absentees/drop outs by AWW
